(A) hUCBSC and human astrocytes (250,000 cells each) were injected into the brains of SKH1 mice by intracranial administration. For the cyclosporine group, mice received Cyclosporine-A one day before the injection of cells and at 1 week (10 mg/kg body weight) after the injection of cells.
