Figure 2. Immunogenicity of hUCBSC and human astrocytes in immunocompetent mice. (A) hUCBSC and human astrocytes (250,000 cells each) were injected into the brains of SKH1 mice by intracranial administration. For the cyclosporine group, mice received Cyclosporine-A one day before the injection of cells and at 1 week (10 mg/kg body weight) after the injection of cells. The mice were observed for a period of 4 weeks and then euthanized (n = 6 per group). (B) The brain sections were checked for the presence of tumors by H&E staining.
