After 2 weeks, hUCBSC (250,000 cells) were injected into either (A) the tail vein or (B) intracranially (contra-lateral) and observed for 3 weeks. From the 2nd week until the end of the 5th week, mice were subjected to in vivo imaging using the IVIS Imaging System (n = 6 for each group).
