The type of entity allowed as argument is specified in parenthesis. "Core entity" is any of PROTEIN, TWO-COMPONENT-SYSTEM, REGULON-OPERON, CHEMICAL, or ORGANISM. Arguments that can be filled multiple times marked with "+", non-mandatory core arguments with "?" (all additional arguments are non-mandatory).
