(B) Stabilization of F21D by NMM or NMP in the presence of duplex DNA competitors, ds26 or CT or (C) parallel stranded GQ competitors [dTG5T]4, G5, and [dTG8T]4, G8. Concentrations of porphyrins and F21D were fixed at 1.6 and 0.2 µM, respectively. Amount of competitor is indicated in the figure legend. All experiments were performed in 5K buffer.
