Chromatin extracts were prepared from a MEN1 parathyroid adenoma without LOH and a MEN1 parathyroid adenomas with LOH. Chromatin was immunoprecipitated with anti-menin antibody, or with IgG antibody as negative control. Quantitative SYBR green PCR was performed to determine whether the miR-24-1 promoter was present in the immunoprecipitate.
