Good hits were aligned to the GO database, and 10,440 transcripts were assigned to at least one GO term. All the unigenes were grouped into three major functional categories, namely biological process, cellular component, and molecular function. The right y-axis indicates the number of unigenes in a category. The left y-axis indicates the percentage of a specific category of unigenes in that main category.
