Case of simultaneous dorsal augmentation rhinoplasty

(A) A 25-year-old male presented with nasal bone fracture with a low nasal dorsum. He underwent indirect open reduction (IOR) of the nasal bone fracture and simultaneous dorsal augmentation rhinoplasty with an Alloderm graft.
