Recombinant AtRGS1 (284–459 aa) was immobilized on sensor chip CM5. Active form of Gα subunits was injected at seven different concentrations (6.25, 12.5, 25, 50, 100, 200, 400 nM). Kinetics shown in table was determined with 1∶1 (Langmular) binding model. ka, association rate constant; kd, dissociation rate constant; KD = kd/ka, equilibrium constant.
