Note that the mean R-R intervals gradually prolonged along with the progress of water immersion restraint stress (WRS), whereas this prolongation was much less in the WRS + growth hormone releasing peptide-6 (GHRP-6) group. The mean R-R intervals were shortened in the simple restraint (SR) group.
