The full-length RC/BTB2 protein contains three putative RCC1 domains in the N-terminus and one putative BTB domain in the C-terminus. The numbers indicate the position of these domains in the RC/BTB2 protein. B. Cellular localization of GFP tagged full-length RC/BTB2, RCC1, and BTB proteins in CHO cells. CHO cells were transfected with the indicated plasmids, 48 h after transfection, the cells were stained with an anti-Lamin B antibody, images were taken using a confocal microscope.
