CD73 WT and KO mice underwent CLP and concentrations of various cytokines were measured from blood and peritoneal lavage fluid that were obtained 16 hours post-CLP. NECA (0.03 mg/kg) was administered intraperitoneally 30 minutes before the CLP insult. The results (mean ± SEM) shown are the summary of two separate experiments (WT, n = 19; KO, n = 18). * p < 0.05 versus WT with Veh.
