Effect of docetaxel and imatinib in FRO tumor xenograft model. FRO cells were implanted and imatinib was injected i.p. at a dose of 50 mg/kg/day for 14 days, beginning on day 9 after tumor implantation. Docetaxel was injected i.p. at a dose of 5 mg/kg on days 9 and 16. Combined treatment mice were given both drugs. Control group mice received vehicle injection only.
