ROTEM® measurements differed between patients who received massive transfusion and those that did not. Clot amplitude of EXTEM, INTEM and FIBTEM in five minute intervals for patients who received or did not receive massive transfusion. For each test, after 10 minutes, 75 to 90% of the entire MCF is reached.
