CD28 ligation cosuppresses peritoneal cavity T cells from CD40KO and PDL1KO mice but costimulates those from CD80/86KO (B7KO) mice. For both panels, 1.5×105 PerC cells±1-MA were stimulated with anti-CD3±anti-CD28 costimulation. CI values represent the ratio of the CD28 costimulated response to the 1-MA treated, uncostimulated response. **P<0.005.
