Numerical increase of Treg after T cell activation in the presence of A2AR agonists. MLC was set up in the absence of CD8⁺ cells. Two days after restimulation (7 days after initial stimulation), total live cells were enumerated under a microscope. Numbers of H-2K^b+ CD4⁺ FoxP3⁺ and H-2K^b+ CD4⁺ FoxP3⁻ cells were estimated from the result of flowcytometric analysis. The number of H-2K^b+ CD4⁺ cells in the beginning of MLC was approximately 1 × 10⁶ cells including approximately 1 × 10⁵ H-2K^b+ CD4⁺ FoxP3⁺ cells.
