Positively correlated genes are at the top of the table and negatively correlated genes are at the bottom of the table. Positive correlations indicate that a higher expression level is associated with higher infection levels (poorer clearance) and negative correlations indicate that a higher expression level is associated with a lower infection level (better clearance).
