The magenta line represents an interdomain COIN stack and the green line represents an intradomain COIN stack. They exist together in the large kissing hairpin motif. The COIN stacks represented by orange and blue lines exist in the subclass 2A complex pseudoknot. Also, the base pairs in the G-ribo ring motif are marked within the blue squares. For simplicity some other base pairs crossing different domains are not shown.
