Radioactivity in mouse tissues after injection of [3H]PC-HDL. Mouse tissues were collected, and radioactivity was measured 15 min after injection of [3H]PC-HDL (0.5 × 106 dpm/mouse). Total recovery of radiolabel was 88% (61% in plasma, 19% in liver, and 8% in other organs). Data are expressed as the fraction of total radioactivity recovered in organs.
