HIRA disruption mainly affects stress-responsive gene expression. Horizontal bars represent the means of fold change, and mean values are shown below the abscissa axis. Fold change in expression of all genes (A), CESR genes (B), and genes whose expression was increased more than 2-fold in wild-type cells (C) is shown.
