Representative sensorgram overlays were obtained with 2.0 μm WT and H310A/H435Q (G), H310A (H), and H435Q (I) and injected over a flow cell coupled with large amounts of hFcRn (∼4000 RU) at a flow rate of 50 μl/min (pH 6.0). All sensorgrams were zero-adjusted and reference cell data subtracted.
