Imaging for subcutaneous mammary tumor. No fluorescence was detected before the ICG-lactosome injection was administered (A). Fluorescence emitted by the subcutaneous tumor site detected at 1 min after the ICG-lactosome injection (B), gradually increased with time until 6 h (C, D, and E). Thereafter, the fluorescence intensity remained high until 24 h (F and G) and decreased at 48 h (H).
