Association of KLF6 to mouse iNOS promoter during flu infection. Chromatin immuno-precipitation (ChIP) assay on primary bone marrow derived macrophages (BMDMs) that were either mock infected or infected with flu for 6h, 12h and 24h. An upstream region in the mouse iNOS gene devoid of the KLF6 responsive region was probed as a negative control. The ChIP data is representative of three independent experiments.
