Suppression of calcification by CID-2931238 in primary calvarial osteoblast cultures [11]. Osteoblasts from calvaria bones of WT mice were cultured for 19 days. Media supplemented with 50 µg/mL ascorbic acid and 10 mM β-glycerophosphate were renewed every second or third day (total seven medium changes). The concentration of each compound was maintained at 30 µM. RAU = relative absorbance units.
