Arterial blood analysis. Neonatal exposure to sevoflurane does not induce significant cardiorespiratory dysfunction. Analysis of arterial blood gas revealed no significant differences in any of the measured parameters between mice exposed for 6 h in the sevoflurane and control groups to air (t-test, all P-values>0.05).
