FmtA^Δ27 interaction with WTAs analyzed by nPAGE/H⁺. (A) FmtA^Δ27 (15 μM) was incubated with 5 μg of WTAs in the presence of different concentrations of NaCl in a 15-μl reaction volume. Samples were analyzed with nPAGE/H⁺. (B) FmtA (15 μM) was incubated with different concentrations of NaCl, and samples were analyzed with nPAGE/H⁺. (C) PBP2a (15 μM) was incubated with 5 μg of WTA in a 15-μl reaction volume in the absence or in the presence of 500 mM NaCl. The nPAGE gels were stained with Coomassie blue.
