Antituberculosis activity of indicated drugs in infected guinea pigs. Animals were infected via aerosol with ∼102 CFU of M. tuberculosis H37Rv strain and were either left untreated or treated with drugs beginning 6 weeks after infection. Values are the means of log-transformed lung CFU ± standard deviations of the means (error bars) for four animals.
