Roscovitine blocks herpesvirus-induced NEBD. RK13 cells were infected at an MOI of 1 with PrV-ΔUL34Pass (A and B) or PrV-Ka (C and D) in either the absence (A and C) or presence (B and D) of 50 μM roscovitine.
