(A) At 10 dpi, the down-regulated genes were grouped into 9 discrete clusters, with genes up-regulated in response to P. berghei infection grouped into 3 discrete clusters; (B) At 17dpi, the significantly over-represented functions of down-regulated genes are less diverse than 10dpi with carbohydrate catabolism represented at both time points. At this time point up-regulated genes make up 2 clusters.
