The table displays the distribution of p53 mutation status and good/bad prognosis patients within the van de Vijver data set: all 417 up-regulated BRCA-deficient proteins and the BRCA1 deficiency signature. Note that 204 of the 295 patients from the van de Vijver et al. cohort had associated p53 mutational status.
