S180-bearing mice were administrated intragastrically with Gl-BPS (50, 100, or 200 mg kg⁻¹) or physiological saline respectively for 14 days; single splenic lymphocytes were labeled with anti-mouse CD4-FITC and anti-mouse CD8-PE.
