Kindlin-2 and talin-H do not directly interact with each other. The lower graph shows the titration plot derived from the normalized integrated heats in kcal/mol of injectant plotted against molar ratio after background subtraction. There is no significant difference in the heat changes between different injections of talin-H indicative of no direct interaction of kindlin-2 to talin-H.
