CO primarily inhibits Kv2.1 in DAOY cells. Normalized mean time course (± S.E. bars) of K⁺ current amplitudes evoked by successive step depolarizations from −90 to +50 mV (100 ms). Cells were dialyzed with a pipette solution containing an anti-Kv2.1 antibody (0.5 μg/ml, n = 6 cells). For the period indicated by the horizontal bar, the perfusate was switched for one containing 30 μm CORM-2.
