(A–B), body weight were analyzed weekly from female (A) and male (B) mice during 12 weeks of high fat feeding. (C–D), fat masses were analyzed after 12 weeks of high fat feeding (C) or regular chow (D) by quantitative nuclear magnetic resonance (QMR) using an Echo System instrument.
