Effects of SC-560 and taxol on tumor growth in vivo. The inhibitory effect of SC-560 and taxol on tumor growth was determined in an ovarian cancer model using SKOV-3 cells. After 7 days had elapsed to allow for tumor establishment, mice were treated with SC-560 and taxol for 21 days. Average tumor volume of mice in all treatment groups was significantly different from vehicle-treated mice on day 28. *P<0.05, compared with control.
