AUC, performance index; KMT, kappa maximizing threshold; MDT, maximum difference threshold. Notice that while AUC is threshold independent, sensitivity (presence prediction success rate) and specificity (absence prediction success rate) depend on the threshold chosen to predict occurrence from the continuous suitability index.
