Iliac crest bone biopsy from Subject # 1 (Table 1) before and after 12 months of hPTH 1-34 replacement therapy. hPTH 1-34 increased cancellous bone volume (top row) with increased trabecular number and width, decreased marrow space, and increased osteoid surface (red-stained seams on bone surface).
