Two taxa are considered, with four lineages sampled from each taxon at each locus. Estimates were evaluated at divergence times of 0, 0.1, 0.3, 0.6, 1.0, 1.5, 2.1, 2.8, and 3.6 coalescent units and with 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10 loci. 50,000 replicates were generated separately for each scenario and each method.
