Effect of KSO, NPFF, and KP peptides on irGnH release from LA-N-1 neuroblastoma cells. Cells were exposed to KSO, NPFF, KP, the NPFF receptor antagonist RF9, and the GPR-54 antagonist KP234 for 2 hours. Levels of irGnRH in the media were measured by EIA. Results are mean ± s.e.m.
