Structural determinants of subunit selectivity
Fitted IC50 values were determined from composite concentration-effect curves constructed from recordings in 4 to 41 oocytes (n) as described under Materials and Methods at a holding potential of −40 mV; the steady-state response was fixed at 0 for all conditions except GluN2B wild type. Data for wild-type GluN2B from Table 2 are included here for comparison.
