Effect of specific receptor inhibitors on GHB-induced respiratory depression. GHB (1500 mg/kg) was administered intravenously, alone and after pretreatment with the GABAB receptor antagonist SCH50911 (150 mg/kg) and the GABAA receptor antagonist bicuculline methiodide (5 mg/kg).
