Differentiated mESCs seeded into de-cellularized lungs in vitro show maintained expression, which increases and diversifies after implantation (A) Immunofluorescence and H&E evaluation of a normal lung, decell lung, seeded, seeded and collagen-coated, and seeded and Matrigel-coated after incubation in vitro for 24 h. Constructs were fixed and stained for Pro-SpC, TTF1, PDGFRα, and FOXJ1 after incubation.
