Data from Tabas et al. (41); sensitivity, specificity, positive and negative likelihood ratios are presented as summary statistics (95% CI) for scores ≥ 3 and ≥ 2.

ST-segment deviation is measured at the J point. Concordance and discordance of ST segments are determined by comparison to the main direction of the QRS complex.

AMI= acute myocardial infarction; LBBB= left bundle branch block
