Freshly isolated NK cells were stimulated for 6 h with the indicated cell lines at a ratio of 5:1. Cells were analyzed by flow cytometry and KIR3DS1 and KIR3DL1 positive NK cell populations were identified. Representative data are shown from one of two independent experiments.
