Pseudotypes bind equally well to resistant cell lines and WT CHO-K1 cells. HIV pseudotypes bearing ZEBOV GP or VSV G were centrifuged onto cells at 4 °C. Unbound virus was washed away and cell lysates were collected. The percent of particles that bound to the cell surface was determined by comparing HIV p24 levels in the cell lysates to the amount of input virus by quantitative fluorescent Western blot. Bars represent average of means from three experiments done in triplicate; error bars represent standard error means.
