Cycloheximide (CXM) enhancement of memory. Using a low footshock (FS) intensity sufficient to produce modest increases in avoidance latencies, cycloheximide enhanced 48-hr memory at the 30 mg/kg dose as compared to the latencies seen in the saline (SAL) control group.
