Effects of the R(−) and S(+) enantiomers of sopromidine on forskolin-induced cAMP accumulation in CHO(rH₃₍₄₄₅₎R) and CHO(rH₃₍₄₁₃₎R) cells. Cells were incubated with 3 µM forskolin and, when required, increasing concentrations of R(−) or S(+) sopromidine added alone (A) or in the presence of 100 nM histamine (B).
