Effect of the JNK inhibitor SP600125 on EFS-induced contraction of human prostate strips. Contraction of prostate tissue in response to EFS was determined by myographic measurements, and referred to maximal KCl-induced contraction. SP200125 (50 µM) or the vehicle DMSO was added between two cycles of EFS (30 min before the second cycle). Shown are frequency-dependent concentrations.
