(A) Lectin incubation was performed on fresh plasma (within 10 minutes of draw), iced plasma (plasma isolated from whole blood left on ice for 2 hours prior to centrifugation), and frozen plasma (whole blood centrifuged within 2 hours and plasma stored at −80°C for 30 days).
