Thioglycollate elicited peritoneal macrophages from WT and CD40–/– mice. (A) DnaK macrophages were stimulated with 10 μg of DnaK for 24 h. (B) LPS macrophages were stimulated with 10 ng/mL LPS for 24 h and IL-12 was quantified in supernatants by ELISA. (C) LPS-DnaK macrophages were pretreated with LPS and were subsequently stimulated with 10 μg of DnaK for 24 h.
