Model: P [MN damage] = c + (1 − c)/[1 + EXP (−ab * log (dose))]. Excess risk at BMD is 10% above reference risk in the remaining normal population. Goodness-of-fit test (P-value) indicated the model fitted the data well. BMD: benchmark dose; BMDL: lower confidence bound on the BMD. Total: all individuals in this study.
